SHE CAN with ICT Online Graduation Ceremony for Cohort 1-3

On December 11th, 2024, the SHE CAN with ICT program successfully held its online graduation ceremony for Cohort 1-3 participants.

The ceremony began with a welcome address by the moderator, followed by an opening remark by Program Coordinator, Blessed Ahmed, on WTEC’s impact over the years. The participants then showcased their innovative brands and products during the Product Showcase session. Mrs. Judith Nwachukwu, the NASME Chairman (Delta State), addressed the participants, encouraging them to take the skills they’ve learned seriously and leverage them to grow their businesses.

Participants shared inspiring testimonials about the program’s impact on their personal brands and businesses. Mr. Jeffrey, one of the facilitators, further encouraged the participants to continue learning and improving their businesses. Awards were presented to the most punctual participants and CAC winners from Cohort 1-3.

A brief expo on seed funding available for the participants was led by the Program Coordinator, followed by a presentation on grant opportunities for entrepreneurs by Sandra Chidera. The W.TEC External Relations Lead addressed the participants, expressing happiness at the program’s impact on over 3000 women. A challenge was issued to participants in celebration of International Women’s Day scheduled for 2025.

The ceremony concluded with a brief Q&A session and closing remarks by the moderator, Miracle Obiorah.
