Empowering Nigerian Youths with Digital Skills in 2026
In today’s fast-evolving digital world, having the right skills is no longer optional—it’s essential. To support young people in building relevant and future-ready skills, the Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC), supported by Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation (ICCEF), is launching the Digital Skills Empowerment Project for Nigerian Youths.
This initiative is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and Productivity Tools, helping them stay competitive in today’s job market and entrepreneurial space.

Programme Overview
The training will run for two months (April – May 2026) and will be delivered virtually, making it accessible to participants from across Nigeria.
- Target Participants: 100 youths (ages 18–35)
- Mode: Online (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Schedule: 2 sessions per week (2 hours per session)
What You Will Learn
📌 April: Artificial Intelligence (Weekend Training – Friday & Saturday)
Participants will be introduced to the world of AI and how it can be applied in everyday work and business.
Topics include:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
- Ethical AI
- Using AI for content creation
- Creating videos with Artificial Intelligence
📌 May: Digital Marketing & Productivity Tools
The second phase focuses on building practical digital and workplace skills.
Topics include:
- Introduction to Digital Marketing
- Content Marketing & Storytelling
- Analytics and Ads
- Introduction to Productivity Tools
- Data Entry Tools (e.g., Google Sheets)
Participants will also work on:
- A hands-on project
- Mentorship sessions with experienced professionals
