Another afternoon of knowledge exchange awaits! Two organisations leading their countries towards a future of gender equality in tech Women Go Tech 🇱🇹 and W-tec Nigeria 🇳🇬 will get together to talk about how the global tech gender gap can be closed further.
After a round of introductions, Diana Česonytė, program director at WGT, will present their approach to empowering women to find a job, get promoted or create a start-up in the tech field. Oreoluwa Somolu Lesi, founder and executive director at W.TEC, will follow and present Nigerian experiences of engaging girls and young women to become tech creators, using technological tools for entrepreneurship, career development and leadership.
A discussion searching for complementarities between Lithuanian and Nigerian approaches will follow, where you will also have a chance to voice your questions and suggestions.
