This significant contribution will bolster our capacity to provide cutting-edge technology education and training for young women and girls across Nigeria.
This visit represents the latest chapter in a remarkable journey of partnership and shared vision. MainOne’s support for W.TEC spans nearly a decade, beginning with their backing of our She Creates Camps in 2014 and 2015, which equipped secondary school girls with essential STEM skills.
In 2017, MainOne partnered with W.TEC for the She Can With ICT programme at UNILAG, where female students were empowered with practical digital skills to launch and sustain successful careers in tech.
Now, in 2024, this internet service donation reaffirms MainOne’s steadfast commitment to creating opportunities for young women and girls to thrive in an increasingly connected and tech-driven world.
