DR ADETUNJI ADEGBESAN

He is the Founder & CEO of Gidi Mobile, creators of gidimo, the developing world’s leading personal mastery & learning-for-livelihoods platform (www.gidimo.com).

Tunji has a First Class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering, and a PhD in Strategic Management from the IESE Business School. He is globally respected as one of Africa’stop scholars of competitive strategy, as well as one of her leading experts on the mobile telecommunications industry. A recipient of multiple awards, he has been invited to speak at knowledge events in more than 20 countries across four continents.

Prior to founding Gidi Mobile, he was Director of the Centre for Competitiveness & Strategy at the Lagos Business School (LBS), where he led sessions on Competitive Strategy, as well as on issues arising out of the intersection of Strategy, Technology, and Innovation. During his 14 years at LBS, his consulting experience spanned the software, telecommunications, banking, oil and gas, publishing, logistics, identity management and electronic payments sectors; while prior to LBS, his work experience spanned software development, consulting, information systems management, and electrical engineering, in both manufacturing and service sectors.

Tunji is a technology startup mentor for the Google for Startups Accelerator, as well as for the Founder Institute. He is member of the Editorial Review Board of the Academy of Management Review,theworld’sleadingconceptualjournalinthefieldofstrategicmanagement, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Businessday Newspapers (West Africa’s premier business periodical), and a peer reviewer for several of the world’s top strategy research journals. He is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Strategy Division of the global Academy of Management, as well as a past Global Representative for Africa of the Division. He has also been a Representative-at-Large for the Competitive Strategy Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society, and a member of the Research and Strategic Planning Committee of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is a past Visiting Scholar & Associate Researcher at the Center for Globalisation and Strategy at the IESE Business School in Barcelona.

An amateur historian, philosopher, and student of culture and geo-political affairs, Tunji has native fluency in English and Spanish, and basic literacy in French, Yoruba and Catalan.

He has also been a Representative-at-Large for the Competitive Strategy Interest Group of the Strategic Management Society, and a member of the Research and Strategic Planning Committee of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

An amateur historian, philosopher, and student of culture and geo-political affairs, Tunji is also a keen footballer, a strong swimmer, and an enthusiastic skier.

He has worked with Etisalat Nigeria and DHL Nigeria/West Africa as the IT Infrastructure manager and Financial Systems Consultant respectively. Before this, he was employed with Guinness Nigeria as an Information Systems Development Manager. He has also worked as an Oracle Database Administrator with Tara Systems and as an Audit Senior in Deloitte /Touche Ross in the UK.

DR. ARINOLA FETUGA

She is a certified senior HR professional; she leads the Human Resources (HR) & Administration Team at the Lagos Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), a role she has occupied since October 2019. She is responsible for providing and implementing strategic direction in the management of the HR Function at LSETF.

She qualified as Dentist in 2000 from the College of Medicine University of Lagos and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Public Health (Dental) from Kings College, London. With over 20-years work experience, of which 15 years are in Human Resources Management, Arinola has been exposed to various aspects of the HR practice such asConsulting, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management and Performance Management etc. Her early career was spent in clinical dentistry in both public and private clinical practice.

She has also been actively involved in other business aspects/functions such as Corporate Communication & Affairs, Risk Management; ISO certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2008) and Environment (ISO 14001) for TSL Logistics Limited.

Arinola’s industry experience cuts across Social Impact & Development Financing, Oil & Gas, and a conglomerate covering Healthcare, Financial Services & FMCG. She is passionate about education, she volunteered and served on the Executive Committee of her Children’s Schools PTA for over 6 years. She also served on various committees which have led to impactful activities.

CHIDIOGO VICTOR-WILLIE

Chidiogo works as a Sales Executive at QAD, a U.S company that makes manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Prior to this, she was the Africa Regional Licensing and Compliance Manager at Oracle, where she was responsible for all Oracle Enterprise Solutions and their full Product portfolio. She worked closely with both internal and external key stakeholders when executing Oracle IT Audit license assessment and management services for all Oracle Channel Partners, across Sub-Sahara Africa (excluding South Africa).
Chidiogo holds a BSc in Computer Science from Benson Idahosa University and a MSc in Engineering and Strategic Management from Coventry University, U.K. Before joining Oracle, Chidiogo worked as a Sales Executive and Contract Relationship Management Executive at Interswitch Group.

ROTOLA OGUNYE

Rotola Ogunye is a seasoned project leader and entrepreneur with a passion for creative problem solving and using “right-fit” strategies to drive value. Starting her career in New York’s financial district with telecommunications giant – Verizon, Rotola’s bold sense of adventure and passion for Africa has welcomed challenging leadership roles across the African continent. She has spent majority of her career helping large organizations such as General Electric achieve strategic goals through innovative technology, and partnership-driven project management.
Particularly passionate about entrepreneurship and developing the business acumen of young talent across the continent, Rotola brings this enthusiasm to every venture. Her belief is that an endeavor is only profitable if opportunities to mentor and develop local talent are prioritized and realized as part of the objective. As such Rotola was responsible for G.E Africa’s inaugural class of the Digital Talent Leadership Program (DTLP), founded the organization’s Girls’ in Technology Program, and has continued to be intentional in her involvement in driving talent development through personal mentoring efforts within business opportunities.
Today, Rotola continues to consult strategically with large organizations and senior leaders to drive the adaptation of project management as a continuous standard of project delivery and transparency across the continent.
Rotola has BSc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University – School of Engineering, earned her MSc. in Technology Management at Stevens Institute of Technology. She has worked with Verizon Communications, Bank of New York – Mellon,  General Electric, CIT Group, and most importantly is Mom to two active teenage sons.

SANDRA OYEWOLE

Sandra Oyewole is a Partner at Olajide Oyewole LLP and has been in practice for over 26 years. She leads theIntellectual Property & Technology practice and co-leads the Employment & Global Mobility practice of the firm.
Sandra provides legal services on a multitude of issues in various sectors and industries. She has guided the growth of the Firm’s practices in advertising, brand protection, employment and global mobility, entertainment, estate planning, hospitality, information technology, intellectual property, media and broadcasting, sports and technology.
With her intellectual property background Sandra has helped to establish the firm’s technology practice from which sub practice groups in fintech and data protection are now fully developed. She has in depth knowledge and experience in Nigeria’s creative and innovative industries, regularly structuring deals and providing legal, business and regulatory advice.
Sandra started her career in 1993 with the Chambers of the Late Chief Rotimi Williams SAN where she made regular appearances at all levels of the judicial system. She handled a myriad of disputes, made a number of court appearances and drafted a multitude of court processes and commercial contracts.
She is often invited to speak at seminars and workshops in and outside Nigeria on matters pertaining to chain of title, intellectual property, Nigeria’s creative industry and digital technology. In contributing to the growth of Nigeria’s tech industry, Sandra regularly participates in master classes, workshops and mentorship programmes covering a range of intellectual property, tech and regulatory issues for startups and entrepreneurs. Sandra is committed to the creation of structure within the creative and innovative industries and this includes the strengthening of Nigeria’s anti-piracy and intellectual property laws and policies.
She has a Bachelors of Law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Osun State. She was called to Nigerian Bar in 1993.

YEJIDE OLATOKUNBO AINA. ACA, CEP, AMDP

Fondly called “the Illuminator” Yejide is gifted and empowered to deliver an inspiring one-on-one coaching sessions which are loaded with power to effect a 360 degree change in an individual life’s perceptive. A divine encounter is experienced during her personal coaching sessions to effect a long-term impact on the client’s mindset bringing enlightenment and an upward shift to a of state boundless possibilities.
It is always an exciting adventure to shepherd the young adults with utmost care, while addressing their growth obstacles and allowing genuine transformation into full blown and unlimited purpose and possibilities.
As a chartered accountant and with more than 15 years of multinational finance background within multicultural settings, Yejide was the Country Finance Controller of Etihad Airways in Nigeria overseeing the finance functions of the airline’s largest revenue generating route in Africa. She has also worked at British Airways prior to her engagement at Etihad.
Yejide has been featuring on Galaxy Television’s life mentoring talk-shows comprising of capacity building for the Nigerian youths, and their career pathing.
