Nigeria’s latest TV reality star, Rebecca Ayibanengimote Hampson a.k.a Nengi is our #WCW for this week. This amazing lady has warmed the hearts of so many Nigerians from the recently concluded #BigBrotherNaija season 5 reality shows.
Behind her beautiful smile is a tale of the average struggling Nigerian girl who rose from the ashes of her challenges to becoming one of Nigeria’s iconic personalities. Starting from pageants to schooling and unfortunately losing her dear mother she pushed through as a young lady to building a wonderful shoe brand @shoesbyflora which clearly reflects her unique artistry, an achievement commendable and exemplary for our youths her age to emulate for their self empowerment.
She is our #WCW this week for her desire to join the fight against gender based violence which is big problem in Nigeria. Thus, this could not come at a better time as the annual global campaign against gender based violence (November 25 – December 5) tagged ‘’16 Days of Activism against Violence against Women’’ is around the corner. Hence we look forward to Ms Nengi using her powerful voice to shedding more light on the issue especially with her young teeming female fans on the seriousness of the gender based violence and how they could empower themselves from such a possible problem.
Finally, we are proud of her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
