She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fechrad Nigeria Limited, a civil engineering company, which she set up in 1986 to provide civil engineering services to various clients including Federal and State governments, parastatals, and major oil companies.

Prior to setting up her own firm, Engr. Adelowo worked as the Resident Manager and Chief Engineer of Etteh Aro & Partners, where she was extensively involved in infrastructure planning, design, construction management and the supervision of various challenging projects; as well as personnel management and staff development. Most notably, she supervised the construction work on the Ilorin University Teaching Hospital and for the Federal Ministry of Health. Engr. Adelowo is a fellow and past National Vice President (2002 – 2003) of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, as well as a member of COREN.

She has also been very active in the Association for Professional Women Engineers. She also mentors women in her community and is an Assistant Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. Engr. Adelowo has a Master’s degree in Highways and Transportation from City University, London, the U.K, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where she graduated with honours.

She retired as the first woman head of the Engineering and Technology Division (ETD) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). She is the Group General Manager, Engineering and Technology of the NNPC. Before this, Dr. Somolu was Manager of the Engineering Division supervising the construction of the NNPC headquarters in Abuja.

In earlier years, she had supervised the building of the Satellite and Warri Depots, the Warri and Port Harcourt NNPC office buildings, as well as the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) office complex in Lagos.

Prior to starting her career with NNPC, Dr. Somolu worked with Omisore, Afolabi & Partners, a group of consulting engineers, before which lectured at the Yaba College of Technology’s department of Civil Engineering where she rose to become Department Head.

Dr. Somolu has a Doctorate in Structural Engineering from the University of Lagos, making her the first Nigerian woman to earn a doctorate in any field of engineering. She also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, where she graduated at the top of her class. Dr. Somolu has received many honours and awards for her professional excellence. She is a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC). W.TEC is a Nigerian nonprofit organisation set-up in 2008 to encourage more girls to pursue technology careers and support women (entrepreneurs and in civil society) to use technology confidently to increase their economic power and ability to speak about issues affecting their lives. W.TEC’s programmes include technology camps, afterschool technology clubs, research and mentoring.

Through her work at W.TEC, she has designed high-quality programming for girls – including camps and afterschool clubs – which engage girls with technology in a fun way. Through these programmes, close to 10,000 girls have learnt to create technology – including applications, games, websites, short films and other digital content. Many of these girls have been inspired to pursue technology careers. She has also designed and overseen programmes that support women in their use of technology for entrepreneurship, career development, learning and leadership activities.

Oreoluwa has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Essex University, U.K. a Masters degree in Analysis, Design and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics & Political Science, a Certificate in Applied Sciences from Harvard University’s Extension School and a Certificate in Social Sector Management from Pan African University’s Enterprise Development Centre. Her interests are the applications of technology in improving lifelong learning and also to raise the economic and social conditions of people (especially women and children) in the developing world.

Oreoluwa’s work has also been showcased in the broadcast and print media, including EbonyLife TV, Channels TV, NTA 2 Channel 5, NTA Channel 10, LTV, Guardian, The Nation, Punch, Business Day, Champion, Daily Independent.

She is a Vital Voices Lead Fellow (awarded to emerging and established women leaders across the world), Ashoka fellow (a network of the world’s leading social entrepreneurs) and a recipient of the Anita Borg Change Agent Award (for her commitment to supporting women in computing in Nigeria). She has been recognized with the following awards: SME100’s 100 Most Innovative Female-Owned Businesses in Nigeria for 2017, one of YNaija!’s Top 100 Young People in Technology of 2016 and 2014, one of New African Woman Magazine’s Top African Women in Technology in 2014 and with a 2014 ‘Chosen Youth’ Leadership Award from LaRoche Foundation.

Ibikunle Williams is a technology entrepreneur. He has worked with Etisalat Nigeria and DHL Nigeria/West Africa as the IT Infrastructure manager and Financial Systems Consultant respectively. Before this, he was employed with Guinness Nigeria as an Information Systems Development Manager. He has also worked as an Oracle Database Administrator with Tara Systems and as an Audit Senior in Deloitte /Touche Ross in the UK Mr. Williams is an Oracle Certified professional, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Sun Certified Java Programmer and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer. He has a Masters degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He also has a Bachelors degree in Information Management with Accountancy from the University of Essex, UK and is a UK chartered management accountant.

She is a certified senior HR professional; she leads the Human Resources (HR) & Administration Team at the Lagos Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), a role she has occupied since October 2019. She is responsible for providing and implementing strategic direction in the management of the HR Function at LSETF.

She qualified as Dentist in 2000 from the College of Medicine University of Lagos and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Public Health (Dental) from Kings College, London. With over 20-years work experience, of which 15 years are in Human Resources Management, Arinola has been exposed to various aspects of the HR practice such asConsulting, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management and Performance Management etc. Her early career was spent in clinical dentistry in both public and private clinical practice.

She has also been actively involved in other business aspects/functions such as Corporate Communication & Affairs, Risk Management; ISO certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2008) and Environment (ISO 14001) for TSL Logistics Limited.

Arinola’s industry experience cuts across Social Impact & Development Financing, Oil & Gas, and a conglomerate covering Healthcare, Financial Services & FMCG. She is passionate about education, she volunteered and served on the Executive Committee of her Children’s Schools PTA for over 6 years. She also served on various committees which have led to impactful activities.

Eniola Harrison is a communication professional, committed to Africa’s transformation through
strategic communication. She is the Director of IE University’s Africa Center and founder of HdH
Consulting & Services, a Brussels based communication consultancy.

Eniola is co-founder of ACW International, a network of Africa-focused PR/communication
professionals from over 25 countries across the world, passionate about advancing balanced
narratives about Africa through their work. Every year ACW International hosts
AfricaCommsWeek, a series of conferences, workshops and webinars around the world to
encourage Africa focused communications professionals connect, engage and impact Africa’s
economic transformation through strategic communication.
She serves on the boards of West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) which tackles the problem
of youth unemployment, and Serving with Love Foundation (SWL), a non-profit organization that
provides educational and health support to women and children from low income families in
Nigeria.

Passionate about the role of civics and government education in development, Eniola has coauthored a series of Social Studies textbooks for primary schools in Nigeria. She is also the coauthor of Introducing Nigeria, a children’s photography book on the culture and customs of
Nigeria.

Mojisola Ogunsulire is a highly experienced Manager and Business Consultant with an
extensive track record of achieving business improvements in multinational companies
in various sectors, including Energy, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and
Consumer goods.
Her professional expertise spans commercial and general management, business
consulting, strategy, business risk management, and accounting.
Her considerable experience includes 11 years as a consultant at two ‘big four’ firms
(Andersen and KPMG). As a Manager in KPMG’s Advisory division, she led engagement
teams and managed multi-disciplinary projects involving multinational companies, the
public sector, and international organisations.
As an Independent Consultant, she has continued to support multinational companies
by serving in management and executive roles, and providing a range of management
consulting services.
Ms. Ogunsulire earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde in the United
Kingdom, from which she graduated with distinction. In addition, she holds a
bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos, from which she graduated with
honours. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida,
USA) and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
She has served on a number of boards and advisory panels, including a World Bank
project in Nigeria, and a business advisory panel in Scotland.

Tinuade Oguntuyi is a multi-award-winning transformational technology leader with over
fourteen years of experience in telecoms, IP networks, Intelligent systems, technical sales, IT
solutions, infrastructure design, consulting, policy, and customer experience.
She graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science. She advanced
her industry knowledge through mMBA in Telecoms (Telecoms and Tech Academy, UK) and a
mMBA in Business Innovation (Tekedia Institute, Boston). She has also earned several relevant
industry certifications and professional training.
She uses numerous technologies, including satellite, microwave, fiber optics, SIM, cloud, and AI
tools, to create cutting-edge connectivity solutions that have greatly helped her country.
Tinuade is the GM Technical at Information Connectivity Solutions Limited (ICSL), Nigeria’s
premium ISP and technology company, and is also responsible for championing the future of
work strategies and DEI in ICSL. Her work includes, among other things, machine-to-machine
communications (M2M, IoT), GSM backhauling via satellite in rural communities and hard-to-get
settlements, Internal revenue solutions and secured federal and state-wide WAN connectivity.
She partners with several global ODMs and OEMs to deliver bespoke terrestrial and non
terrestrial network solutions leveraging security and AI platforms
She has successfully designed and implemented over thirty major network infrastructure
projects in more than 12 sectors, including government, education, financial institutions, etc.
utilizing renewable energy solutions in rural communities.
Tinuade is a Co-Chair of the Infrastructure, Access, and Connectivity working group of the
Internet Society (Nigeria Chapter), a Nigerian School on Internet Governance Fellow, and a
passionate STEM inclusion driver who imparts her knowledge through mentorship programs,
support groups, local and global industry speaking engagements, and other social impact
activities and encourages women and girls interested in STEM fields.
She co-founded the TinuAdeniyi Tech Foundation, a community dedicated to empowering
individuals through STEM education, with a special focus on marginalized and minority groups
and she is an advisory board member of WTEC, the Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre.

Tobi Durojaiye, A seasoned technology leader, with a track record in telecommunications and IT program management, He offers a unique blend of technical expertise and a deep commitment to social impact. Tobi’s experience encompasses large-scale digital infrastructure deployments, including OSP/ISP, Satcom, and cable connectivity, demonstrating a strong grasp of the technological landscape. Beyond technical skills, they possess a proven ability to drive positive change, having delivered digital skills training to over 12,000 learners and successfully led initiatives that empowered over 1,000 MSMEs. This commitment to social impact is further reinforced by active volunteer work in community development. With an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, he brings strong financial and strategic acumen to the table, coupled with a genuine passion for leveraging technology to create sustainable and meaningful change. Tobi seeks to contribute his expertise and vision to a mission-driven, women-led technology company, offering strategic guidance and a dedication to fostering growth and positive impact.

Tobi currently leads the Nigeria operations of The Unconnected Foundation, a British digital inclusion charity. He sits on the board of Leverage Platform limited, a technology company among others.
