At the Women’s Technology Empowerment Centre (W.TEC), our vision is strengthened by the invaluable contributions of our Advisory Board members, whose expertise and dedication help shape our impact and guide our strategic direction. As we welcome two exceptional new members to our Advisory Board, we also take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to those who have completed their terms, appreciating their remarkable support and commitment to W.TEC’s mission.

Welcome! To Our New Advisory Board Members

We are thrilled to introduce Tinuade Oguntuyi and Tobi Durojaiye, two distinguished professionals whose wealth of experience and passion for technology and social impact will greatly enhance our work at W.TEC.

Tinuade Oguntuyi – Board Member

Tinuade Oguntuyi is a multi-award-winning transformational technology leader with over 14 years of experience spanning telecommunications, IP networks, intelligent systems, technical sales, IT solutions, infrastructure design, consulting, policy, and customer experience. A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, she has further honed her expertise through an mMBA in Telecoms (Telecoms and Tech Academy, UK) and an mMBA in Business Innovation (Tekedia Institute, Boston), along with multiple industry certifications.

As the GM Technical at Information Connectivity Solutions Limited (ICSL), Nigeria’s premium ISP and technology company, she plays a vital role in pioneering future-of-work strategies and championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Her work includes deploying machine-to-machine communications (IoT), GSM backhauling in rural areas, and leveraging AI and security platforms to enhance connectivity solutions.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tinuade is deeply committed to STEM inclusion, mentoring young women and girls, and advocating for increased female participation in technology. Through the TinuAdeniyi Tech Foundation, she empowers marginalized communities with STEM education, making her an invaluable addition to W.TEC’s Advisory Board.

Tobi Durojaiye – Board Member

Tobi Durojaiye is a seasoned technology leader with a strong track record in telecommunications, IT program management, and digital infrastructure deployment. With extensive experience in OSP/ISP, Satcom, and cable connectivity, he combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to social impact. Having provided digital skills training to over 12,000 learners and led initiatives that empowered over 1,000 MSMEs, Tobi’s passion for bridging the digital divide is evident.

An Executive MBA holder from Quantic School of Business and Technology, he brings strategic acumen and a mission-driven approach to leveraging technology for sustainable change. Tobi currently leads the Nigerian operations of The Unconnected Foundation, a British digital inclusion charity, and sits on the board of Leverage Platform Limited, a technology company.

His dedication to fostering growth and positive impact aligns seamlessly with W.TEC’s mission, and we are excited to have him bring his expertise and vision to our Advisory Board.
