The journey to empowering female entrepreneurs in Ikorodu is well underway, as our Digital Skills Training Program officially enters its third week. What began on April 7, 2026, as a bold step toward equipping women with future-ready skills has quickly grown into an engaging and transformative experience for participants.
Designed for female entrepreneurs aged 18–35, this 2-month intensive program is focused on helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) scale through digital innovation. Over the past weeks, participants have been actively engaged in hands-on sessions, gaining practical knowledge and tools to strengthen their businesses.
So far, the training has covered key areas including Digital Marketing, Graphic Design Software, Free Video Editing Tools, and SME Business Strategies. Each session is structured to ensure participants not only learn but also apply these skills directly to their ventures.
Hosted at the SCAPEIN Hall in Selewu, Igbogbo, the program has created a collaborative learning environment where women can connect, share ideas, and grow together. The energy and commitment from participants have been inspiring, reflecting a strong desire to embrace digital opportunities and build sustainable businesses.
As we move further into the program, we remain committed to supporting these entrepreneurs on their journey to growth and innovation.
This initiative is proudly supported by the Ishk Tolaram Foundation, whose partnership continues to make impactful programs like this possible.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to shape the future of women-led businesses in Ikorodu.
